How can I change size?

If you want to change the size of the costume you have received, first you have to request a return through "your account" of the current order and then place a new order with the correct size. These are two independent processes. We do not have free size changes.

You have a choice between sending it back with our label (costs 3.99 €) or sending it back by your own means. When we receive the package in our warehouse we will proceed with the refund via the same payment method used for the purchase.
